8 Bliss Beauty is operated by PioneerPath Traders LLC, a UAE-registered company based in Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By using 8blissbeauty.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, prices, availability and images. If an obvious pricing, stock or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund. Product packaging may change, and customers should review the packaging, ingredients and directions before use.

Orders and payment

Payment options available for an order are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only when shown as an option. We may cancel an order affected by unavailable stock, incorrect customer information or suspected fraud; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Shipping

We deliver within the UAE. Orders are normally processed within 0–1 business day. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch in main cities and 2–5 business days in remote areas. Shipping is AED 15 below AED 150 and free from AED 150. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned when requested within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return or replacement costs for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items. Clearance, Final Sale, opened or used beauty products, free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Product use

Follow the manufacturer’s directions and review the ingredient list before use. Stop use and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Website content, branding and original materials may not be copied or used without permission, except where allowed by law.
