8 Bliss Beauty is operated by PioneerPath Traders LLC, a UAE-registered company based in Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Return window
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Clearance or Final Sale items, opened or used beauty products, free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
- Email sales@8blissbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include the order number, reason for return and relevant photos.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. 8 Bliss Beauty covers the reasonable return or replacement cost when we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds are issued by bank transfer.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return conditions above apply.
