Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

Products that cannot be returned:

Return Process

Email us at sales@8blissbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and photos of the item.

Once approved, our team will arrange the return pickup.

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days after inspection.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer only.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If your product arrives:

Leaking

Wrong item sent
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video proof.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
