An account is required for the following features:
- Add to cart & checkout
- Rewards & referrals
- Wishlist & notify-me
- Gift selection
Authentication
We offer two flexible sign-in options for verified accounts:
- Passwordless sign-in — via email OTP
- Email & password — traditional login
#FYP — For You
The #FYP section surfaces personalised product recommendations. Guests can freely browse the app; personalisation is activated once you sign in.
Gift Gallery
The Gift Gallery is open to everyone.
- Guests can browse available gifts
- Signed-in users can unlock reward tiers and select their gift
Delete Account
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your app account data through either of the following:
- In-app: Settings → Delete Account Data
- Web: 8blissbeauty.com/contact
What Is Deleted
Upon processing, the following app account data is removed:
- Profile and preference data
- Wishlist / notify-me related app data
- App-linked session and account data
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by law or operational obligations, including:
- Order and transaction records (for finance and tax compliance)
- Limited anti-fraud and security records, retained for a restricted period
