When will my order be delivered?
At 8BlissBeauty, we process all orders quickly so you can receive your K-Beauty favorites without delay.
🇦🇪 UAE Delivery
Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
Express Delivery (selected cities): Next-day delivery, If the order placed before 2 pm.
Orders placed before 2 PM (GST) are usually shipped on the same day.
📦 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS/Email so you can follow your package in real-time.
🚚 Delivery Partner
We deliver through trusted courier Aramex to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Can I Return my product?
At 8BlissBeauty.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Process
Email us at sales@8blissbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery.
Ship the product back to our UAE return address (provided via email).
Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Do you offer COD?
Yes, COD is available with no extra charges.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products are 100% authentic and sourced from Korea.
